Use of the Scooter
A. Authorized Use: You agree to use the electric scooter only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
B. Safety and Compliance: Always wear a helmet (if required by law) and follow local traffic laws, rules, and regulations. Avoid riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other impairing substances.
C. No Modifications: You are prohibited from modifying, tampering with, or making alterations to the electric scooter.
Responsibilities of the Rider
You are responsible for checking the condition of the scooter before riding it. If you notice any damage or malfunction, you must immediately report it and refrain from using it.
You must operate the scooter in a safe manner and follow all traffic rules, including but not limited to speed limits, helmet laws, and road use.
You must park the scooter in a designated parking area, and you are prohibited from blocking sidewalks, driveways, or any other access points.
Conditions Of Use
License Use
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) from Vchains scooter website for personal & non-commercial transitory viewing only.
