Return Policy; Restocking Fees
Returns, Refunds and Restocking Fees. Vchains believes in the quality of its products and wants you to shop with confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand our returns and restocking fee policy applicable to all accessories, eScooters sold by Vchains. Note that individual parts and components are non-refundable.
Returns of New and Unused Items Within 14 Days of Receipt.We allow you to request a return of any item in new and unused conditionwithin 14 days of receipt.For all returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Once we approve your return, you must ship the item back to us within 30 days, or you will no longer be eligible for a return. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally. The return will be issued once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and has been inspected to determine that it was un-used. This takes 14 business days after receiving the item.
- Returns of lightly used Items. Any items returned in a used condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of up to actual loss deduction. Items must be free of any damage. Electric bikes and scooters must have less than twenty (20) miles on the odometer. Items approved for return must be shipped back within 30 days, or you will no longer be eligible for a return.

*Please note: This website only accepts the true purchase from Vchains. This means if you got one product from other sales like Amazon, Aliexpress, or Geekbuying, Geekmaxi, etc. You should ask for a return from them, not from vchains website.
Return Notes
Follow these steps to return products within 14 days of delivery:
- Click Here to fill out a Return Request Form. to get an RMA# from our customer service.
- Pack the Product in original packaging or sturdy box to ensure the Product will be returned without damage. For original packaging, this must include the styrofoam inserts.
- Clearly write the RMA# on the box in large letters
- Ship the product to:Address obtained from customer service
- Once we receive and inspect the Product, we will process the refund within 14 business days.
Items Returned while in Transit: If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, please contact us to let us know.
In some situations, the product may end up being delivered after the cancellation request. If that is the case, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ship and return the product back to our warehouse.
